🚀 Tella Web is here! 🚀
Over the last year we have been working a secure and private server connection for Tella:

1️⃣ Tella Web primary objective is to protect files collected on Tella by offering a simple method to back up audios, photos and videos to a remote, self-hosted server 🎙️📸 📹

2️⃣ By having a copy of their files stored on the server, organizations ensure the preservation of important information even if their member’s device is seized or destroyed, and they can organize it to use for research, advocacy, or accountability processes. 🔒
3️⃣ For users on the ground, backing up their data to Tella Web means that they can delete the information from their phone and avoid potential repression

4️⃣ By enabling “auto-report”, Tella will create and upload reports automatically whenever users take a photo, record a video, or capture an audio recording within the app. This is especially useful when there is no time to manually upload, like in demonstrations. https://www.loom.com/share/7e10210144124859af5379a37b798479
5️⃣ We believe that Tella Web will be a great addition for individuals and organizations who use Tella to report incidents in their communities and don’t need structured or relational data (we recommend connecting @getodk or @UwaziDocs in those cases!).
6️⃣We offer support to install and set up your own Tella Web server and to train users on how to use Tella on both Android or iOS. Please contact us for more information ❤ https://docs.tella-app.org/contact-us
