*Washington sent a message requesting talks (via Islamabad) with any/all Hormuz sailor cooperatives (via Tehran), sans Jerusalem / Tel Aviv permission: May Washington's pick of Islamabad as US mailman, discredit the Global Terrorism Index '26 (published by the Institute For Economics & Peace [IEP]), which ranks Pakistan at No. 1?
*11 AF clerics & 11 PK clerics have requested an extension in the (allegedly broken-by-Islamabad) ceasefire: On what financial terms & conditions is said request based?
Today's headlines all focus on AF & IR, on which each analysis (particularly on the business impact) fails to account for:
-Palantir
Has Peter Thiel gone guano over the "Antichrist"...or may he simply be selling Palantir's return to Afghanistan...which sets a bad precedent for all free trade zones?
-World Liberty
Is the US legal system so market-oriented, it waived conflict & permitted President Trump to moonlight as a cryptocurrency trader...& has said step pitted the President against the USD?
Reports of a deal between US President Trump & PK CDF Munir to launch the CDF as US mediator to Tehran, pose 3 questions:
-If CDF Munir could mediate, wouldn't that patriot make peace during, rather than allegedly unilaterally violate, the recent PK-AF ceasefire?
-May Tehran's February rejection of the CDF's involvement constitute a conflict of interest?
-How much does President Trump's "sleazy realtor" strategy (bad faith, coercion, manipulation & misrepresentation) cost the US economy per day?
Analysis of the PK CDF's reported emigration threat to opponents of Islamabad's foreign policy, e.g. PK-based Pashtuns with family on both sides of the Durand Line:
For:-
*The PK Army acted under the India Army Act 1911 until 1952, a la the British Indian Army?
*British Indian Army progenitor, East India Co. by-laws were rooted in "terrorism", i.e. violence to boost politico-economic aims?
Against:-
*UDHR Art. 9 & 13?
*Deportation laws - rebuttal & counsel, self-incrimination & illegal searches?
It is essential for lawyers not to let clients' personal opinions expose them to criminal charges:
1. The US Embassy (Havana) reportedly requested permission to bring in fuel...& got labelled "shameless" by Cuban authorities:-
Are US fuel blockades illegal?
2. The Pakistani CDF reportedly advises Pakistani Afghans to go to Afghanistan, & Pakistani Shias to go to Iran:-
Didn't JAG explain that all soldiers must serve all Pakistanis, & "terrorism" (i.e. ideologically-motivated threats) is a crime?
Kabul accuses Islamabad of violating the "temporary pause" mere hours into its commencement; Islamabad denies. While the media await the news bites from the resultant mud-slinging, the point is that Islamabad's official denial is wonderful news...because it is a license to carry out a full investigation, e.g.:
-If missiles, can shrapnel be used to identify missile parts patent owners?
-If combatants, can DNA, retinas &/or dental records, plus combat &/or language training be admissible evidence?
Assuming that Islamabad's 120-hour "temporary pause" in hostilities against Afghanistan was timed according to Pakistan Standard Time, it is now 24 hours into the schedule...& neither Kabul nor any terrorist group(s) in the region have violated the ceasefire.
Does this fact constitute proof beyond a reasonable doubt that:
-The threat of "terrorism" is over-rated, Washington-style?
-A military response is a round-hole-square-peg approach to the trade issues created by the Hormuz enshittification?
Islamabad's temporary pause in Operation GLH, raises 6 legal issues:
-Is the request by "brotherly countries" TR, SA & QA public record?
-Given, Islamabad ignored ceasefire suggestions from said "brotherly countries" for weeks, what made this effort effective?
-Is the sanctity of Eid-ul-Fitr greater than that of Ramadan?
-Is Pakistan Day equated with Eid?
-According to what time zone is the 120-hour ceasefire scheduled - UTC, CET, PKT or AFT?
-May any trade barriers be loosened during this time?
Kabul's (denied) request for a full-scale international investigation into the motive(s) behind the bombing of the Omid Addiction Treatment facility (AF), poses 2 questions for the UN:
-Considering medical facilities are less about location(s) & more about region(s) they serve, how far would patients travel to receive treatment at Omid?
-Are the locations targeted so far - Bagram, Kabul, Kandahar, Nangarhar, Paktika - related in terms of being commercial centers or former US military base sites?
Rumors on the urges of London &/or Paris to join Washington's Hormuz enshittification, pose 2 questions:
-May strikes in NATO territory, e.g. Turkiye, be grounds for an Article 5 (collective defense) action, in light of Article 1 (human rights) obligations?
-May Tehran's denials of culpability be deemed void sans conclusive proof, thus justifying NATO involvement?
Moscow's cheap fuel offer to Pakistan, poses 2 questions:
-How cheap, compared to Riyadh?
-After acceptance, how long till available?
