I've put off posting this for a while. I, as a lardy bloke, signed up to swim 2.5 km (100 lengths) to raise money for multiple cancer charities, something which has been too close for the past couple of years.
Time after time, the government gives itself surveillance powers on the promise of a limited scope. They always end up being used for other reasons.
