Yesterday we received an evacuation warning only minutes separated us from the bombing
I ran out into the darkness of the night, carrying my son
while the neighbors carried my husband in his wheelchair
We had no time to think only to run to escape the death
We stayed in the street until midnight
There is no longer any place where we feel safe
every place is under threat
We are not living
we are only trying to survive
