My cat: proceeds to try to steal the pumpkin spice loaf slice from off my plate.
I didn't take a photo but here's one of the culprit practising her innocent look.
Esme would like you to know that it's not only #Caturday but also her birthday (estimated).
She started the day by trying to steal extra wet food and finished it by acting cute, as usual.
@knitting Update on the yoked sweater: it's done but the back fits looser than I'd like. And when I tug it down the sleeves feel too long. At least I was smart enough to reposition the waist shaping, so that's not far off.
I don't really want to undo it all but I'm not sure about it. I really hate #knitting bottom up. I might leave it unfinished for a bit and see how I feel.
Argh I've misread the pattern for the sleeves and so I ended up 2 stitches short on both the sleeves but one extra stitch somehow on the front, leaving me 1 stitch short overall (since Iwas supposed to reduce 2 for the pattern).
Do I rip out the sleeves to fix it or add a stitch and keep going?
I'm delighted to discover that there's a new story out in the Greenwing & Dart series by Victoria Goddard. It's not a full novel, but I'll take what I can get.
Now I just need to reread the rest of the series.
