Planning for a workshop can be a mammoth task but I'm just about ready. I tend to facilitate on my own which can be challenging but also very rewarding. It also enables me to make good connections with the attendees so that I can really understand their situation.

System 3* in the #viablesystemmodel is not the same as performance metrics. It is a monitoring system that gives a sense check of your performance metrics. I also use it heavily in evaluation and in my #creatingtheconditionsforchange approach to #change and #systemschange

This is about relationships, bringing humanity into our work and a different way of being in the workplace. It is based on my work with the #viablesystemmodel but related to what people do and how they behave. Key is to Create the Conditions for Change within yourself by boosting your sense of self-worth and confidence.
