ChatGPT is being sued by survivors of a mass casualty event in Canada.
Some of it is nonsense, but (a) it is being submitted while this is in the news cycle, and (b) even when thrown out it will be later resubmitted with the evidence which will become available or improved during this first submission process.
There _are_ good arguments and these topics need to be openly discussed in court.
