After two years of aging this black beer has not oxidized or developed any off flavors, which is surprising considering it's a milk stout. I found it's taste pleasant but a little underwhelming.

#finishedreading Paying For It by #chesterbrown
A friend of mine just recommended I read it amd it is a tremendously honest book. It left me with several interesting thoughts and new perspectives on old relationships. Though I do feel like his views on romantic love are slightly harsh.
By the way, here's a little gem I had the pleasure to taste the other day.
Chronique de Mai from #benelux
A very nice sour beer made from a few different beers, including a berliner weisse and a beer with oranges.
It's barel aged, and the aging makes some of the acidity taste like balsamic towards the very end of the sip, it's delightful
Duchesse de Bourgogne
Flanders Red and Oud Bruin is a style I've grown very fond of, they tend to remind one of balsamic vinegar.
This is definitely the craziest looking beer I've had in a while.
