At the risk of being a "well actually..." guy, you can still get B&W printers. Brother laser printers are $120+ depending on speed, double sided printing, etc.
If you print stuff very rarely and don't need it *right now*, the public library might also work. I need something printed 2-3 times a year so I just print it out at the library
