No thank you.

My little Linode Kubernetes cluster is such a great way to deploy the little web apps I keep coming up with. Today's is a fairly simple diet tracker that matches what I want. And figured I'd try a Passkeys-only login system.

I have a $24 4gb node that's running 6 Django apps, Postgres, the ingress, certbot, and a few other things.

(Yeah the Y axis is redacted)

Freedom Mobile has been a fun ride. I started at a much higher rate and every time there's a promotion I jump on it so my price has been inching down since I signed up; now I'm at $40/month for 100GB of data in Canada and 10GB of global roaming.

Coverage has never been a problem for me but I live in the GTA so I guess that's no surprise.

Works on iPad too, although you get that big ugly X at the top when it's in full-screen mode.

Had a spare computer and someone who needs visible reminders to get things done. I was writing big notes on the screen as reminders, and of course I made an app out of it.

Turns out the domain bigreminders.com was available, so here it is. https://bigreminders.com

Trying to make the typography work with the constraints that there's no scrolling and no clipping.

Wanted to get a file from my Chrome cache but seems like Chrome doesn't give you a way to do that anymore. Asked Claude to help and it created a nice tool to do it.

Or a web app. With persistence!

Persistence requires an Anthropic login.

If you want "Luxury Elegant Budget" you have to upgrade.

It seems like a parody of what a freemium version of the iWork apps would be.

It shows the download button instead of a Get button, so it seems like you're getting an update to the app you already have, but it actually installs the new app alongside the old one.

"Numbers Make Spreadsheets". (That resolves to just "Numbers" after the download completes).
