I never thought I’d ever say this, but organic multigrain tortilla chips with Roberto’s hot salsa is fucking amazing.
Black Robusto porter by Drake’s Brewing out of San Leandro, CA.
Rich malts, a hint of coffee, perhaps molasses. Delish.
Hop Shocker Imperial IPA by Melvin Brewing out of Alpine, WY.
Pine hops forward with a bitter, dry finish. Not bad.
Mozango, ale brewed with Mosaic hops and mango. Lagunitas Brewing, Petaluma, CA.
I’m not normally a huge fan of fruit in my ale, but this is damn delicious.
