I had to go into a menu just to swap from CONSTANT SEAT VIBRATIONS to CONSTANT BEEPS and this enraging pile still beeps at me WHILE IT'S PARKED and I'M JUST SITTING IN IT.
If anyone knows how to limit these to only alerts for actual peril versus "your blinker is on," let me know.
The Equinox EV is officially so irritating that I'm going to ragequit errands and play with my bicycle.
It has a near-EX90 amount of alerts I can't figure out how to disable without (maybe?) disabling safety features.
When everything is an alert, none of the alerts make sense or matter!!!!!!!

Built after the other parks in the South Park Commission were a smash hit (Sherman, Davis Square, etc) they did kind of riff on Burnham‘s architecture and Olmstead landscape architecture without having them design it. A park built to serve the densely populated working class south-east side neighborhoods around the steel mills. I do believe the park used to be a bit bigger and more wooded, but in the middle 20th century a lot of parks lost their trees to Dutch Elm blight as well as public safety concern around site lines and visibility. Cool that this park is named after Lyman Trumbull, the US senator from Illinois senator who co-authored the 13th amendment abolishing slavery (except for incarcerated people 😡) Power to the people, public parks forever!".
