The most Congress can try to do is impeach and convict him. Forget the part that such is so hard that no one has been so removed. Anytime the president feels that enough Senators are going to convict him, he can have them killed and then pardon the killers.

The President is CONSTITUTIONALLY ABOVE THE LAW.

The Constitution vests ALL enforcement authority in the executive branch. Congress can pass or repeal any law it pleases, but constitutionally, only the executive branch can enforce it. Or ignore it. Further, the president has the limitless power of the pardon.

I can tell because if one was at one, the mainstream media would have made them the face of the protests.
