Komisch. Das 9€ Ticket ist an den Märkten auf über 50€ gesprungen, aber die strategische Bahncard Reserve wird trotzdem nicht freigegeben.

🇩🇪🇮🇷 German Chancellor Merz on Iran:

We are concerned that there is apparently no common plan for how this war can be brought to a convincing end quickly.

We have no interest in the dissolution of Iran’s territorial integrity, its statehood, or its economic viability.

A scenario like the ones we have seen in Libya, Iraq, or other states in the region would harm all of us.

This affects our security, our energy supply, and potentially developments related to migration.

This week I have received a data breach notification from a company I never heard of but they lost my SSN, medical records and address and a few other things. Oh and they gave me a year of free credit monitoring (already frozen years ago). Thanks, I guess? This after my former employer Ingram Micro took 7 months to inform me of the same just recently. A company that had national security agreements to protect data. The irony is thick.
"We recommend customers exercise their disaster recovery plans, recover from remote backups stored in other regions” is something that I thought I’d not have to take in from a hyperscaler. The biggest of them all... This might have been Iran’s most successful attack to date in terms of financial damage. It may cost Amazon a whole region rebuild (if they deem it worth) in the high hundreds of millions of USD.
Turns out your little cloud is fragile when there’s hostiles coming after your server. First time in a military conflict a data center was targeted and offlined COMPLETELY including one ADDITIONAL availability zone. Reminder: 2 of 3 AZs down is baaaad. Amazon is telling customers to move to other regions, even. This is very instructive. The US Ambassador to France, his excellency Charles Kushner, is no longer permitted contact with members of his host country after failing to present after being summoned (two times). US ambassador to France banned from meeting French government - https://www.reuters.com/world/us-ambassador-france-banned-meeting-french-government-2026-02-23/ Also: Kushner hired a prostitute to seduce his brother-in-law, arranging to record a sexual encounter between the two and send the tape to his sister. He was sentenced to two years in prison and served 14 months at Federal Prison Camp, Montgomery
