I don't use the "like button" anymore (I don't mind/judge if you do).

I've stuck to minimal 2-color (code, comments) syntax highlighting most of the year, and now it looks like this whenever I go back:

You can cancel pending inserts (green bg) by pressing [ctrl]+[space] on them. Here I do that "by accident", but then "undo" it by time travelling to the past ([ctrl]+[z] and drag), copying the text, and pasting it after returning to the present.

These features are meant to replace undo/redo (which gets a bit weird in multiplayer)

the desktop build now implements enough rfc2616+rfc6455 (http+ws) to "serve itself" as WASM and share state
oh and I'm using @TodePond 's splash colour format (https://www.todepond.com/lab/splash/), and I extended it to 4 components (red, green, blue and shake)

Got some work done on the code editor in the algorave software I'm working on. Pending inserts/deletes have green/red bg (allows "local commits" in the doc). It has colored text, and also stretches text based on caret proximity.

Try it here: https://veralin.dk/dodemos.html

gcc is fast enough to recompile small C programs at film frame rates (~25 FPS), but with the C++ compiler it drops to ~8 FPS.
I don't speak teapottish but I think this one is saying "oh god the pain please open my lid please I'm begging you"
