Q: Can I be your assistant?
A: No. Anyone who asks this generally just wants to be in the same room with naked women. You will be no use to me standing in the corner trying to cover your erection. If you want to see naked women IRL, go to a strip club and pay them.
In reality, although I would love to have an assistant, it's another person in the room. A lot of people need a long time to be comfortable being naked / sexual in front of other people. The model's comfort is always top priority.
Q: How do you not get hard during a shoot?
A: Easily. There is so much I have to think about to get the shots we both want. I don't have the brain time to devote to being arroused.
In my head, I am:
- Checking lighting
- Checking pose
- Checking exposure
- Checking composition
- Checking for any reflections
- Scanning foreground / background for distracting items
For every shot.
I'll start to answer some of the common questions I get.
Q: Do you fuck the models?
A: No. This is a fast shortcut to never getting any more work as a photographer. Though they are mostly super fun, photo shoots are a business transaction for the the photographer. Every part of the shoot needs verbal consent. In the rare situation where I need to touch the model I will ask first.
Models need to be able to completely trust in the photographer.

Photography is full of people that will happily sell you a course or some lightroom presets. No one wants to share information they can charge for. This goes double when sex / erotica is involved. Photographers can charge a LOT more for these shoots and they don't want to share anything that might dilute their market.
I want to share what I know.
Always happy to get some shots with pets! These are very much not allowed for advertising sex work services in my state, but I have never had anyone complain when I send these through for free :)
The model wanted to show off their comfy, intimate vibes. Also, their boobs.
The model here needed some advertising shots, but I am a sucker for comfy black and white shots.
