Interesting question. GPS jamming is a DoS attack that saturates the L-band (1.25 GHz) frequency. Jamming affects commercial vehicles, most likely civilian planes and ships. The military uses M-code, and it's unlikely that they are affected. There is speculation that Iran is using China's BeiDou satellite navigation system, which is resistant to US jamming.
