Centre for Civil Society is organizing an "iPolicy" 2-day course in Public Policy at Chennai on the 22nd and 23rd of Feb 2020.

The course involves a variety of interactive learning methods designed to provide participants with opportunities to explore and share ideas about policy-based solutions to social problems from a liberal perspective.

Law students all over the country need to understand that the point of Law School is not to memorize the Constitution (or any other law for that matter) and pass the exam.
It doesn't matter if you can't recollect all the Articles or Sections.

The point is to understand what the Constitution stands for, so the same can be defended on behalf of those who cannot defend themselves.

Assuming that protestors destroyed all the public property, as per the established law only the State HC can order for their property to be seized and auctioned to recover cost. The executive CANNOT! #UttarPradesh #UPpolice

After the Nazi regime had fallen there were Courts to judge the German police officers and judges who had 'simply followed Nazi law'. Sooner or later the tide will turn. And those who hide under the tag of law to aid injustice will be answerable one day.

Similarly the Bharatiya Janta Party neither cares about Bharat, nor about it's Janta, and is more of a cult than a political party.

Yes XYA, who is still doing a random degree from a private college on Dad's money, please tell me more about how people who studied and are working in the field of law, policy, politics, economics etc have not read the law and do not understand the problems with CAA. :)
