There was a weird issue on the system, upgrades stopped working automatically due to a lot of .core files that filled the disk

Then, once I fixed this, there was a discrepancy between system perl and packages perl, I tried to rebuild things locally but gave up 😅

and it didn't repair itself with auto upgrades as I removed a package during my attempt at fixing by creating the packages locally
