Seen as I left the gym this morning circa 7am - a red rose, crushed and scattered on the pavement sometime in the wee hours. Feels like a story happened here. 🤔

Saw a great blue heron chilling in the creek earlier today, looking grumpy and standing very statue-like. Reminded me that I've been wanting to rewatch The Boy and The Heron.

Saw some lovely yellow roses while out and about today. My own rose has (I think) finished its last flush of the season, so it was nice to see these looking fresh and healthy in October! #bloomscrolling #GardenReport

Was stunned by the beautiful sky this morning when I went to the gym. Looking into it, it seems this was a conjunction with the moon, Venus, and the star Regulus. Lucky it was clear as well! 🤩
