I am sorry, I did it a time ago and have already forgotten about the details.
now, by looking on your screenshot I remember there was a hassle in passing correct DTB to kernel.

DTB was copied while being under pre-installed Windows

@migtorr I didn't face any issues upgrading f41 -> f42 just clicked Upgrade in Software app and everything worked.

In case you are talking about initial installation on X13s. I used aarch64 netinst image.
If memory serves me I got it from here https://alt.fedoraproject.org/alt/ "Fedora Minimal" one.
