Після відмови деяких закладів вищої освіти від комунікації за допомогою Telegram (через відповідну рекомендацію з боку Міністерства освіти і науки), дуже сильно постраждала як їхня внутрішня, так і зовнішня комунікація 📉

Застосунок @unisched, створений командою ГО «Верховний Порядок» для закладів вищої освіти України, може стати не лише зручним інструментом для перегляду розкладу знать та переходу до онлайн-послуг, але й чудовим рішенням для внутрішньої комунікації в ЗВО.

So, my application for students and teachers of higher education institutions in Ukraine is used by more than 5 thousand users 😃, with a maximum of 12 thousand (such jumps are due to various important events at universities). This project is completely free for educational institutions 💁🏻‍♂️. I hope that soon I'll be able to make it open-source, cause it also depends on third-party permissions.

Well, I'm not saying that's what you get with a centralized service but uh...

...that's what you can get with a centralized service  

The #Fediverse exists of thousands of servers spread over the whole planet, all managed and hosted by mostly different people 

There's a very slim chance all of that will go down at the same time

Happy to start my journey as a sole entrepreneur with the social-oriented shop project for my Alma Mater — Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. It would be a shop with things for students, alumni, and teachers: like wear, accessories, stationery & other things everyone would love. The shop was founded quite a long time ago but after the start of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine 🇺🇦 it stopped working... and you know the reason. But now we feel it's time to re-open it. Wish us luck!

The Mastodon mobile app becomes even more convenient and more similar to the applications of popular proprietary social networks. Good to see this trend 👏🏻, and I sincerely believe that this platform is the future, unlike X (Twitter).
