Day one of low sugar, low fat diet:
I have eaten a medium pizza and four cookies for lunch. Will probably not have anything other than a very light salad for dinner, as if that helps anything.

I honestly feel a little shitty about the whole thing, though. It's such a waste of time to write something as self-indulgent as I'm writing. I could be meeting deadlines before they kick my ass or writing something original.
