This video is over 10 years old. I didn't know it was available publicly. Many of the systems it talks about are obsolete, but they're replaced by newer systems and procedures that are still extremely Broccoli Man.
It's funny because it's true.
They waived the fee to do a wire transfer. \o/ Then the transfer didn't go through and they froze all our accounts. Boo. It took us 2.5 hours to get our accounts unfrozen and the wire transfer didn't go through so we're back at square one.
