An adorable and funny RPG Maker #IndieGame about lending a helping hands to the animals in your neighbourhood, and also oops you just became queen. Made for the dev's daughter, this is a lovely game for kids, a little like a storybook in RPG form

I recently wrote a little bit about the #IndieGame 湯圓 [tong jyun] by #npckc, as part of the #同ZINE #douZINE bundle of games by Japanese devs. It captures the specific relation that diaspora kids can have with the food of their inherited culture in a way that really echoed with my own experience. Definitely worth a try if you're into games that capture everyday banality and quiet familial love!

Je profite de mon arrivée dans cette nouvelle instance pour écrire une #introduction en Français :)

Je suis originaire de Grenoble (#GrenobleCestClasse par ailleurs), et j'habite à Tokyo depuis quelques années.
J'adore la #montagne et la #randonnée, dont je partagerais quelques photos de (piètre) qualité!
Je joue pas mal aux #JeuxVideos, et j'aime particulièrement les #JeuxIndés. Je commence aussi à blogguer un peu sur le sujet, en anglais.
J'ai aussi un intérêt pour l'#Histoire, notamment celle du colonialisme en Inde (et dans le monde), l'histoire LGBT, des mouvement ouvriers, et plus récemment celle du Japon (et de son impérialisme).

Je vais principalement pouetter en anglais, mais je repouetterais (XD) dans les deux langues. Je ferais de mon mieux pour bien utiliser l'indicateur de langue, n'hésitez pas à me le rappeler si jamais j'oublie!

Okay, now that I've successfully moved to a lovely new instance, a new #introduction seems like a good idea!

I'm originally from Grenoble in the French Alps, and am currently living in Tokyo.
I enjoy #hiking, so I'll probably share some photos of #mountains (very amateur ones :D).
I also play a fair amount of #videogames when I have the time, with a big emphasis on small #IndieGames, which I'll be trying to blog about fairly regularly!
I also enjoy reading #history, notably that of colonial India (and colonialism more broadly), queer history (especially outside the US), labour history and recently of Japan and its imperialism.

I'll likely be mainly tooting in English, but expect a mix of French and English here! I'll do my best to indicate toot language properly, but please do remind me if I forget :)
