One thing I love abt Trump's (and the right's) attack on Mamdani is that Obama was Republican lite; Mamdani literally went out and won back Dem > Trump voters (or non-voters). I think Trump hasn't realized that yet--Mamdani will rip Trump's fake populism to shreds.
