All accounts point to chlorine gas inhalation, the best account I have found is this, doubts may have come from the deletion on her death certificate.

Organised by the #togetheralliance, a broad coalition of civil society groups, trade unions, NGOs & figures like #zackpolanski, the #protest showcased the great #British creativity and humour, with its homemade banners that made us ponder, gave us a chuckle and a whole lot of #hope!
