The budget sucks. The workplace is under immense political pressure. I’m barely keeping up on incidents and found more. I am now drowning at work. I don’t know how long until I burnout but it’s pretty much imminent at this point. Send help, caffeine, and an experienced IR team. My dark humor and witty banter coping mechanisms are no longer functional.

Two recent statements from the surveillance company reveal a troubling pattern: when confronted by evidence of widespread abuse, Flock Safety has blamed users, downplayed harms, and doubled down on the very systems that enabled the violations in the first place.
It’s not the angry or upset postings on socials that you need to be worried about. It’s the people who’ve fallen off social media, those whose behavior has changed, those who are being attacked by tyranny, corruption, and growing police state. Take a moment to reach out to them, join them, listen to them, really hear them adb the pain, bring them back into the fold or dont be surprised at the damage.
While MAGA praises their BBB, it’s the growing silence and brewing storm we need to be worried about. I guarantee you’ve not seen anything like what’s to come. It may be Independence Day here in the US, but let’s remember why it’s Independance Day. We rejected the monarchy, the oppressive tyranny, defective administration, duties (tarrifs) on goods, Lord North’s Measures (which had soldiers marching thru the streets, much like ICE), amongst many other oppressive measures.
