I had some problems with getting calls or SMS for verification of my number, so be prepared for that. If everything goes smoothly, it should be fairly quick to do

In the EU, when you sell software, you need to be available to the customer directly, i.e., register as a trader just to be sure.
My rule of thumb is: as soon as you make any money from it.
