Early preview of my in-dev desktop app for making a static website/blog.

Been a busy weekend but managed to do some. Spent time just designing/planning xD. Made some buttons. Resizable cols. Some other stuff.

Considering naming the app "HTML's Revenge" lol.

Just a bit of fun, wondered which of these people like best for checking if an array is empty in #php? There's (debatably :D) no right answer...

#1 is short
#2 and #3 are very readable

Leaning towards #2 myself!

Hopefully I typed the example code properly lol. xD

In the process of making my site as privacy friendly as possible:

✅ Started swapping YT embeds for an image which turns INTO the iframe ONLY if clicked
✅ Removed goat stats (which is considered privacy friendly anyway)
✅ Working on session_start() only when needed. So passive browsing = no cookies

On YouTube embeds, the overlay can get in the way of "important" visual elements.

This JS uses your own thumb, and as a bonus is responsive+more privacy-friendly - doesn't create the iframe unless visitor clicks!

Figure'd some of y'all might appreciate!

How many divs? If you thought 5 (banner, columns container, 2x columns, footer), you might be interested to learn it's possible with 4! Demo/code link below. Learnt this today, thought it was interesting xD. Also stacks on mobile - no JS!

I didn't have access to the computer I'm doing my coding on for a while, just a spare laptop. And so I decided to create another grand fine art masterpiece.

This... perhaps... represents everyone's crushed dreams and the depressing nature of life in general :).
