Interested in colonic ILC2 and deep crypt secretory (DCS) cell biology? Take a look at our recently published paper in CMGH! https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jcmgh.2022.11.004
Using #scRNAseq and #organoids, we found that ILC2 secreted IL-13 activates and expands the DCS cell pool in the colon, & supports roles for these cells in stem cell maintenance and colonic defenses.
