This is Meri. She is a Norwegian Forest Cat that I am adopting. I am looking forward to bringing her home in a month or so. In the meantime, I drew her portrait.

A traditional sailor must have a good understanding of spherical astronomy and trigonometry for navigation without the modern gadgetry.

The last year I have been experiencing constant workplace harassment from a manager. I, and several others, have filed complaints about this manager's toxic behavior. Yet the behavior continues. There is a real absence of accountability with both the manager and the company. I feel that they are waiting for me to quit. When unethical behavior at the top is unchecked, it sends the message that corruption and abuse are acceptable. #anomie
