Far right agitator Shane Carroll, who is extremely unstable and easily triggered, once again brandished his gun outside the ICE facility in Portland, OR last night. This time he was pointing his gun at street medics and de-escalators. This is at least the 4th time he has done this that I’m aware of. #pdx #portland
