I mean, this is just insulting. Not only have they turned on email spam for me again, without my permission, but they are sending basic shit to an account that’s over 10 years old.

Alright, I am back to work, but I did do a lot over the holidays. And I struck some stuff off the list too, which is just as good.

I didn’t get a chance to try Iocaine, but I’d like to.

I tried fixing my unsafeness in my Rust version of Crafting Interpreters, but I worry that diverging from the book’s C code too much will cause problems when I have to implement the garbage collector, so I backed off. I’ll try again after I finish the book.

I looked at Jujutsu and decided… I don’t care.

Heaven’s Vault keeps getting better. I am very much enjoying it. Not done yet but I expect I’ll finish this month.

Silksong isn’t inspiring me. I want to play it but it’s the kind of game that suffers badly from long breaks, and I don’t have time to play regularly. So it’s going on the “later” list.

And I didn’t do any programming, except Nix for my servers. Perhaps that’s for the best.

TBH, it’s going alright!

I think I’ll switch from server admin to video games for a day or three.
