Tip: I have found that using frozen fruit in water to cool it down helps me drink more water when it’s hot.

I can generally reuse the fruits for a second glass of water and there is still cooling left.

I just buy bags of frozen fruit which, here at least, isn’t that expensive considering one bag can be used for many glasses.
