Does anyone know of a good way to use your (android) phone as an audio sink and source for both macOS and Linux computers?

I tend to walk around when I'm in meetings, so I always end up joining twice. Once from my phone for audio, and one from my laptop or desktop to share my screen or view what others are sharing.

I'm honestly just tired of hearing "Oh, we have two Micahs!" at the start of nearly every call.
