Truck drivers across Norway are going to be congesting roads by driving at 40kph in the Easter holidays to protest record-high fuel prices caused by the Trump administration.
If a climate activist mentioned the *possibility* of doing this in a group chat they'd be jailed and fined millions within hours

The first two don't really make sense to me. A virus can "evade safeguards" and a meteorite can "destroy things", so I don't think there has to be much agency involved in the first place.
The latter seems more like a more fitting criticism, but in all three cases I'm also not sure how one were to phrase it alternatively.

Jetzt versuche ich mal wie gut die #Fedipower funktioniert. Ich würde gerne von einer Hütte im Hochgebirge ein Jahr lang jeden Tag ein Foto aufnehmen und suche dafür eine erschwingliche Kamera.
Ablauf wäre recht simpel: Ich bringe die Kamera hoch und Installiere diese.
Ein Jahr später komme ich dann zurück und hole diese ab.
Hat jemand einen Tipp für mich welche Kamera dafür gut geeignet ist?

I don't have the time to figure this out in detail, but I wouldn't be surprised at all, if the "Somewhat bad" and "Very bad" right side of this graph matches the percentage of people who vote for far right parties in those countries.
It seems to align very well for the U.S. (if you count republicans under Trump as far right) and for Germany (AfD).
Will historians look back and wonder why the police focused their efforts on Quaker Meeting Houses and never Tufton Street or the private clubs of Mayfair?
