For some UI elements closing behavior should be built in. A modal closes on `ESC`, but on mobile a native gesture (e.g. Android's swipe) can jump the browser back into history. How do you catch these? That's what `CloseWatcher` is for.

@simevidas Won't win against important, layered author styles, though. Docs say that “user styles” should get higher priority, but I guess stylus injects them as website ones.
@simevidas You can put it in a `@layer`. Important layered declarations get higher prio than unlayered ones (opposite to unimportant)

The @layer CSS at-rule is used to declare a cascade layer and can also be used to define the order of precedence in case of multiple cascade layers.
