Just got this ad while reading a story about how the #FordGovernment is trying to limit the effects of the #LCBOStrike

There was a time when a publisher would never run an ad about alcohol, let alone promoting ways to evade a drunk driving charge

That time no longer exists, apparently

(Publishers name removed to protect the guilt ad networks)

If you make zines be sure submit yours for #ZineShine before June 14, 2024 to be considered for the two-week event happening at the #Toronto #magazine shop from July 9–21, 2024

Not just one #emoji, but many #emojis in a quote on the front page (above the fold, too) of the #NYTimes

Gotta be a first!

Regardless, curious to see the style guide change and type design rules on that one

Without knowing when the #Apollo program to launch humans to the #Moon and bring them safely home again was, can you guess where on the timeline it happened based on this inflation-adjusted line graph of #NASA’s budget?

18 years ago today, I took this picture, from #Parkdale, of #Toronto’s #GladstoneHotel and so much has changed since the

Not the least of which is the fact this image was my avatar on #SocialMedia for many years (before I realized how difficult it was for people to recognize me in #IRL)

Black and white.
Even tho there will be no launch today, this whole thing is such an impressive feat of engineering and design — once these rockets start flying regular, it will truly change how we think about space #SpaceX #Starship #rocket #launch
