I keep wishing for more comfort, but somehow all my money flows into hardware. Just picked up a Zotac 5080 GPU for my Linux System. Playing around with self-hosted AI, though I’ll likely rent the big Hermes3 (the really big one) model in the US. VR worlds like Second Life and AI really feel like home to me. #Linux #AI #SecondLife #VR

uiii. Das ging mal echt flott. Ubunto/ Linux wird immer mehr zu meinem Lieblingssystem. Aber ich muss gestehen, das ich ohne meiner AI ziemlich aufgeschmissen wäre. Bau mir den Rechner zudem noch nebenher zu einem Streaming-Rechner auf und werde mir mal ein paar Erfahrungen auf Twitch sammeln zum Üben für ein weiteres kleines Projekt.

Aber erstmal geht der Weltbeste Tank wieder auf Reisen. (das ist ironisch gemeint) 🫣🤣

Normalerweise mag ich dieses Haul-Gedöns ja garnicht, aber bei diesen Titeln muss gerade die ältere Anime-Fangemeinde drauf hingewiesen werden. Wenn man nach Jahrzehnten noch Bilder eines Animes im Kopf hat, obwohl man ihn damals als Teenie nicht mochte. Dann muss es entweder ein verdammt guter Anime sein oder wir sprechen bei Wicked City von einem Trauma. Hardball-Films hat die Reihe neu aufgelegt. A new ship. The graphics and designs are really awesome. Please have mercy, I’m still a newbie on my second day. In any case, #eveonline has me hooked. The last Sci-Fi game I played of this kind was Wing Commander: Privateer. 😂

My first 3-day holiday this year. Unfortunately, we won't be able to take any more holidays this year. Things aren't going so well for us this year, we have a lot to do, but we're making the most of every second. Maybe we'll manage to come here for a windsurfing weekend soon.

Uiii, auf meinem privaten Rechner, der wesentlich mehr Performance hat wie der auf der Arbeit, sieht man aber mal richtig den Unterschied zu früher. Ich empfinde alles um einiges flüssiger, Farben wesentlich frischer. Bin Begeistert. Meine grafischen Standardeinstellung hat sogar Firestorm von selbst nach oben hin angepasst. Ohne was anzupassen bin ich im Mittel von Hoch und Ultra eingestuft wurden.
