Gem spends a lot of time in our basement. It’s colder down there than the main floor so she usually finds a box to curl up in.

Yesterday I bought a cat bed and built a simple box to fit it, including a thick floor layer filled with insulation to help her stay warm.

Found her this morning already testing it out ❤️

Built a rig for glueing the drawers, but I only have enough clamps for 1 (out of 8) steps at a time... this is gonna take a while...

Fortunately once a drawer is finished I can work on adhering the felt lining while I wait on the next drawer.
