Lots of activities are happening on #Tezos at the moment, but I just wanted to remind folks that if someone has done something related to your project, make sure to give them credit and state clearly what their contribution and accomplishments were.
Even with good intensions, it's easy to overlook when things get busy - but this is needed to maintain integrity - especially when with decentralized systems. Not only good practice but it will also boost morale and respect among your peers.
There's been a lot going on in #Tezos lately. (My co-founder) Joe and I have been pushing a LOT of changes into Teia DAO LLC these past few weeks that will "complete" the vision of a social media site that is free from centralized bottlenecks.
This is mostly for the #Tezos folks out there, who actually has a chance for making this whole "crypto" thing work.
I've done this here and there but from here on out I'm going to be using the ledger every chance I get, and I encourage everyone to do the same. If we want people to take this blockchain seriously, we need to lead by example and not wait around for other people to do it - if not us, who else?

Just let us know who you are and a description of what you're planning to do or showcase. Just nothing illegal, please. The idea is for the event to provide the space (and basic things like power) but have the creatives mostly run the place by providing their own ideas, presentation methods, and equipment. If you have elaborate setups it's recommended that you show up a few hours before the event (~2pm) so you'll be ready by the time the event starts at 4:04pm. (If you have any special needs for your project, please mention them in the form. Otherwise walk-ins are welcome as well.) For digital submissions, there will be a projector screen provided that will showcase a simple 1920 × 1080 (1080p) image in a slideshow loop that will be playing throughout the event itself. Promotions, personal projects, artworks, satire/jokes, even advertisements for your small business - all are welcome, and anything goes! For in-person submissions: the time/place is: 7/11/26 at the Hiawatha Artist Lofts, starting at 4:04pm. If you're signing up, make sure you're able to make it! First time I'm doing an interview with an translator - talking about TEIA in Spanish and a little bit of Portuguese, too. I stumbled through some of it but the ladies were very nice about it. 🤣

I have a feeling that in an age where AI generated content will be everywhere, typoglycemia will be the tool humans use to send "encoded" messages outside the detection of the robots.
Kind of a weird twist on cryptography and algorithms, ain't it? Leveraging human imperfections in order to bypass systems is a tale as old as time.
