@Deanbetz True, there are many people who can't ride a bike due to disabilities. But bikes come in lots of forms nowadays, modified to the needs of their owner. Besides, good cycling infrastructure also enables people with other (modified) vehicles (not being bikes) to travel independently. Without the need of a car.
