RubyKaigi 2025でNursery Sponsorの STORES は、お子様のいる方の参加をサポートするため、託児サポートを提供します。 ご利用は無料です。RubyKaigi 2025 参加者（スピーカー・スタッフ含む）にご利用いただけます お申し込み期限は2025年3月2日（日）23:59です。 ※お申し込みが上限人数に達した場合、先着順になります。 ◾️託児所概要 預かり日時：2025年4月16日（水）〜18日（金）09:30〜18:00 ※RubyKaigiのスケジュールに合わせて時間調整が入る場合があります 預かり場所：愛媛県県民文化会館の会議室 預かり年齢：生後6ヶ月～12才 委託先：一般社団法人マミリア もしくは 株式会社明日香 ※ベビーシッターの人数の兼ね合いにより、複数社に委託し託児サポートを実施します ※お子様のお預かりをどちらの委託先で行うのかは、事務局にて決定します。兄弟・姉妹で託児サポートを利用する場合は、同一委託先になるよう、優先的に調整を行います 費用：無料（STORES がNursery Sponsorとして費用負担） ◾️持ち物 委託先が決まり次第、お知らせします ◾️昼食について 昼食時は、お子様の一時お迎えをお願いします。委託先にてお子様の昼食時のお預かりはできかねますので、予めご了承ください。 ◾️ご連絡手段について お申し込み後の託児サポートに関するご連絡はSlackチャンネルにて行います。招待希望するメールアドレスを下記フォームに記入ください。 ■お問い合わせ先 STORES: stores-childcare-support@st.inc RubyKaigi: 2025@rubykaigi.org ※ STORES はRubyKaigiに託児サポート事前予約の内容をはじめとする個人情報を共有しません。託児サポートに関するお問い合わせは STORES までお願いいたします。 --- STORES, the Nursery Sponsor for RubyKaigi 2025, will provide childcare support to facilitate participation from families with children. If you are interested, please review the details below along with the terms of use and apply via the application form. The service is free of charge and available to RubyKaigi 2025 participants (including speakers and staff). The application deadline is March 2nd (Sunday) 23:59 JST. Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis until the maximum capacity is reached. Childcare Service Details Age accepted: From 6 months old to 12 years old Childcare location: Conference room of Ehime Prefectural Cultural Hall Service hours: April 16th to 18th 9:30 to 18:00; all day during RubyKaigi *Hours may be adjusted according to the RubyKaigi schedule Childcare service: Planned to be arranged with Mamilia General Incorporated Association or Asuka Corporation *Due to the balance of the number of babysitters, childcare support will be provided by commissioning multiple companies. *The secretariat will determine which contractor will take care of your child. If siblings use the childcare support service, priority will be given to arranging for them to be with the same contractor Fee: Free of charge (sponsored by STORES) What you prepare and bring We will inform you once the contractor has been determined. Regarding Lunch Please pick up your child temporarily during lunch time. Please understand that the contractor cannot look after your child during lunch time. Regarding Communication Methods Communications regarding childcare support after your application will be conducted via Slack channel. RubyKaigi 2025では、会期中に会場で運営のお手伝いをしてくださる方を募集します。 特に、RubyのコミュニティやKaigiが大好きすぎて、普通に一般参加するだけでは物足りない方からのご応募をお待ちしております。 いくつか注意事項がありますので、下記の要項をご確認いただいた上でご応募をお願いします。 ■ RubyKaigi 2025 開催概要 公式サイト: https://rubykaigi.org/2025/ 開催日時: 2025/4/16(水) 〜 2025/4/18(金) 場所: 愛媛県県民文化会館 ■ お願いしたい役割 開催当日の朝(8時から9時頃)に会場に集合していただき、会場設営・整備、受付、誘導、終了後の撤収などのお手伝いをお願いします。 会期中の作業の状況や内容によっては、本編のトークを一部見ることができない可能性があります。 （見たいトークがある場合は、ご希望にはできるだけ応えたいのでご相談ください） また、必須ではありませんが、前日4/15(0日目)に会場設営をお手伝いいただける方や、日常英会話ができなくはない方を歓迎します。 ■ 募集期間 2025/3/07 23:59(JST)まで (早めに締め切る場合もあります) ■ 選考結果案内 選考が終わり次第、フォームに入力いただいたメールアドレスに結果をお伝えします。 ■ 応募にあたっての注意事項 RubyKaigiのチケットをお持ちの方は払い戻しを行います 交通費や宿泊費等の金銭的な補助はありません 託児所をご利用いただけます（別途申し込みが必要です） Helper に応募せずとも、学生のみなさんは Student チケットを利用することで安価に参加することができますので、まずはご検討ください ご応募いただく前にRubyKaigiの「アクセシビリティについて」、「RubyKaigiアンチハラスメントポリシー」をご確認ください https://rubykaigi.org/2025/policies/ （スタッフはポリシー違反の報告を受ける立場にもなります。会期中の安全を確保する側としてもご協力をお願いいたします）
