What's your favourite rule from a board game?

I think mine has to be the rule from Vlaada Chvatil's Dungeon Pets that if a pet doesn't get sold then it gets sent off to live on a farm with its friends and is removed from the game.

And coincidentally, additional meat tokens should be added to the market the following day.

Our latest #BoardGames meetup was a fun time again last night! We first played two games of Nidavellir, a new game for all at the table, myself included. Big thanks to Rob who taught us so well how to play.

Then, I got to teach The Quest for El Dorado to the table — and was a very fun game to spectate, given it’s a frantic race to be the first to reach El Dorado! Congrats to Liz with the giant machete approach, edging out Kevin to steal the win!
