Since I just realized it’s Pride month, I’ll go ahead and say: I’m constantly learning about myself. When I went through my big masc swing during the pandemic, I just let the hair grow and grow. Now I’m leaning feminine and about to get a very nonbinary cut. It’s like I can never be all one thing, even if it’s not a conscious decision.
Now that I’ve made the decision to pull the trigger and cut off the hair, I can’t wait to get rid of it. It gets less and less healthy as I have to untangle it over and over again.
