Pop Culture Crossed Wires: when I was in 8th grade, I saw the video for They Might Be Giants "Birdhouse In Your Soul" and I convinced myself that John Flansburgh was in the cast of Revenge of the Nerds. I took this as fact for much longer than I'm willing to admit.
