Thinking of participating for the first time in a competition of optimization algorithms for vehicle routing problems. It is an opportunity to expose the crossover operator for genetic algorithms that I worked on in my research. Maybe it will be my motivation for coming back to research.

Some #photos we took at #sunrise last weekend in Cotijuba Island in Belém.

Cotijuba is an #island located in the city of Belém do Pará, the city of #COP30. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Belém, as the island has both commerce and tourism as well as more deserted and exclusive beaches like the one in the photos, called Seringal #Beach, in the north of the island. It is a #peaceful, quiet place with a clean freshwater beach. There are also cosy guesthouses and polite, welcoming people
