(For nontechnical folks, the word “null” appears here where this Xfinity web page was meant to pull in the name of the customer viewing it, but it either couldn’t pull the name in from a field or variable or found nothing there. This left the page with a null value for name, which it then displayed as the word “null”—generally speaking, not the desired behavior in a case like this! Things to test for….)
