The #DoumaChemicalAttack was #ThisDayInHistory in 2018. A two-year #OPCW investigation concluded that the #Baathist régime of #Syria dropped two cylinders of #ChlorineGas on #Douma as part of the Eastern Ghouta offensive in the #SyrianCivilWar, killing ~50 people & injuring ~100.

A bit of a fun project this spring. This is the amount of maple syrup we produced from our single maple tree this year. A single tree, we are told, can yield .75 to 1.5 liters of pure maple syrup. So I think we did okay and look forward to our first #Pancakes. #MadeinCanada #maplesyrup #Ontario

Two papers came out last week that suggest classical asymmetric cryptography might indeed be broken by quantum computers in just a few years.

That means we need to ship post-quantum crypto now, with the tools we have: ML-KEM and ML-DSA. I didn't think PQ auth was so urgent until recently.
