Of all the versions of me out there, this is probably the closest to what I am like IRL (sharing interesting and benign observations on my surroundings and random things about my day, enjoying the small/slow interwebs, a little weird, not too serious, and enjoying connecting with fellow internet explorers)

I quit doing general surgery 10 yrs ago and donโt think about that life much anymore but today my gf brought me her neck pillow which is filled with beans and there was an expanding defect in the suture line where the beans were eviscerating and something in me activated like a sleeper agent and I secured it with a running locking stitch, using an approximately 2-0 cotton thread. Hemostasis was achieved and the neck pillow was brought to the recovery room in stable condition
